This leadership training introduces Girl Scouts to the High Awards pathway, with a focus on the Junior Aide, Program Aide, and Volunteer in Training (VIT) awards. Participants will explore key leadership skills, learn how to earn each award, and understand how to plan, lead, and reflect on award criteria. This training is an ideal next step for Girl Scouts ready to grow as leaders in their troop and community, while also equipping adults to support them in taking meaningful action.
