GSACPC's 88th Annual Meeting is Saturday, April 26, 2025
Our Annual Meeting is a great way to engage in our movement's business and network with our Girl Scout family. Our bylaws require an Annual Meeting of the corporate membership, (comprised of board members, nominating committee members, and council delegates) and is conducted in April every year.
Join GSACPC for our 2025 Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 26, at at Phoenix College in the Bulpitt Auditorium as we celebrate our council's accomplishments from the past year, elect key board positions, and highlight exceptional programs and experiences for girls. Complimentary coffee and continental breakfast will be available from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
AGENDA:
Check-In: 8:00-8:45 a.m. (Delegates must be checked in by 8:30 a.m.) Information tables featuring Girl Scout programming, activities and opportunities will be exhibited on the lawn from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Business Meeting: 9:00-10:15 a.m. Council Highlights, Action Items, Elections, Co-CEO and Board Chair remarks.
Girl-Led Session: 10:30 – 11:45 a.m. After the business session adjourns, a girl-led session will take place.

NEW LOCATION: In-person attendance at Phoenix College in the Bulpitt Auditorium or virtually by Zoom. Review the Zoom closed caption set-up document before the meeting begins.
Did you know you do not have to be a Council Voting Member to attend the Annual Meeting? The event is open to all members. We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of the last membership year with you.
