GSACPC's 89th Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting is a great way to engage in our movement's business and network with our Girl Scout family. Our bylaws require an Annual Meeting of the corporate membership, (comprised of board members, nominating committee members, and council delegates) and is conducted in April every year.
Join GSACPC for our 2026 Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 25, at Phoenix College in the Bulpitt Auditorium (1202 W. Thomas Rd, Phoenix, 85013) as we celebrate our council's accomplishments from the past year, elect key board positions, and highlight exceptional programs and experiences for girls. Complimentary coffee and continental breakfast will be available from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
AGENDA:
Check-In: 8:00-8:45 a.m. (Delegates must be checked in by 8:30 a.m.) Information tables featuring Girl Scout programming, activities and opportunities will be exhibited on the lawn from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Business Meeting: 9:00-10:15 a.m. Council Highlights, Action Items, Elections, Co-CEO and Board Chair remarks.
Girl-Led Session: 10:30 – 11:45 a.m.
National Council Session Delegate Session: 12 p.m.-1 p.m.
Did you know you do not have to be a Council Voting Member to attend the Annual Meeting? The event is open to all members. We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of the last membership year with you.
