Our Annual Meeting is a great way to engage in our movement's business and network with our Girl Scout family. Our bylaws require an Annual Meeting of the corporate membership, (comprised of board members, nominating committee members, and council delegates) and is conducted in April every year.
Join GSACPC for our 2026 Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 25, at Phoenix College in the Bulpitt Auditorium (1202 W. Thomas Rd, Phoenix, 85013) as we celebrate our council's accomplishments from the past year, elect key board positions, and highlight exceptional programs and experiences for girls.
CHECK-IN: 8 a.m. -8:45 a.m. (Council Voting Delegates must be checked in by 8:30 a.m.)
Visit 15+ expo tables featuring Girl Scout programming, activities and opportunities on the lawn. Plus, a mobile Council Shop will be onsite selling your favorite Girl Scout swag.
Complimentary coffee and continental breakfast will be available from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
2026 AGENDA:
Business Meeting: 9 a.m.-10:15 a.m. Council Highlights, Action Items, Elections, Co-CEO and Board Chair remarks.
Girl-Led Session: 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Girl Scouts take the stage for a live taping of the Dear Sister, podcast.
National Council Session Delegate Presentation: 12 p.m.-1 p.m. Learn about and provide input on three proposals up for vote during the National Council Session this summer.
Did you know you do not have to be a Council Voting Member to attend the Annual Meeting? The event is open to all members. We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of the last membership year with you.
