GSACPC's 87th Annual Meeting is Saturday, April 27, 2024
Our Annual Meeting is a great way to engage in our movement's business and network with our Girl Scout family. Our bylaws require an Annual Meeting of the corporate membership, (comprised of board members, nominating committee members, and council delegates) and is conducted in April every year.
Join GSACPC for our 2024 Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 27, at Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix (4340 East Cotton Center Blvd.) as we celebrate our council's accomplishments from the past year, elect key board positions, and highlight exceptional programs and experiences for girls. Complimentary coffee and continental breakfast will be available from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
AGENDA:
Check-In: 8:00-8:45 a.m. (Delegates must be checked in by 8:30 a.m.) Information tables featuring Girl Scout programming, activities and opportunities will be exhibited in the foyer from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Business Meeting: 9:00-10:15 a.m. Council Highlights, Action Items, Elections, Co-CEO and Board Chair remarks.
Girl-Led Session: 10:30 – 11:45 a.m. After the business session adjourns, a girl-led session will invite attendees to design and dream around a specific area of our council’s new strategic refresh plan.
Ways to Attend:
NEW LOCATION: In-person attendance at Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix or virtually by Zoom. Review the Zoom closed caption set-up document before the meeting begins.
Did you know you do not have to be a Council Voting Member to attend the Annual Meeting? The event is open to all members. We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of the 2023 membership year with you.
