This leadership training introduces Girl Scouts to the High Awards pathway, focusing on the Junior Aide, Program Aide, and Volunteer in Training (VIT) awards. We'll review leadership skills for these awards. In this training we will also be sharing information to Girl Scouts and adults to earn the these awards. This training is a great next step for Girl Scouts who are ready to grow as leaders within their troop and community. The take away is to empower Girl Scouts and adults to take in planning leading and reflecting on the criteria for each award to take action.
