An older girl presence on the Service Team is an important part of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) and Service Team goals. Service Team members, especially Older Girl Advocates, are invited to join council staff for this discussion on the format of Older Girl Service Team participation, recommendations for structure, and an open dialogue on the ways we can support the GSLE of our older girls through these opportunities.
