Bilingual Volunteer Engagement Coordinator
The member at Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus Pine Council will serve as the Bilingual Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to strengthen and generate new partnerships with key organizations, thus giving opportunity to individual girls who are developing as community leaders through the Girl Scouts' programs. Activities will include: researching or assessing volunteer management best practices; developing a volunteer training program or manual; establishing a recruitment, retention and recognition plan; identifying volunteer roles and descriptions; organizing marketing and outreach efforts to promote volunteer needs; conducting site visits to determine community needs; developing program guidelines, policies, procedures; establishing and strengthening relationships with partners in community; evaluation of current programs, creating a reporting system for program impact.
