Program Delivery Specialist II
Works directly with program participants ensuring active involvement in program planning and participation. Actively promotes and supports Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus Pine’s mission and goals through Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Ability to communicate and work with participants of varying age and skill levels, and provide necessary instructions and support to participants. Desire and ability to teach, work and relate successfully with children. FLSA Status: Temporary, part-time, non-exempt
Individual Giving Manager
The Individual Giving Manager has responsibility for developing and executing an annual plan to engage, communicate with and solicit donors, prospects and alumnae; provide stewardship to a portfolio of prospective donors; manage and analyze donor segments and results of efforts; and collaborate with ongoing development efforts to meet the Council’s fundraising goals. Reports to: Senior Associate for Marketing/Fund Development. FLSA: Regular, full time, exempt.
Program Specialist – STEM
Program Specialist, STEM, is responsible for delivering the national leadership curriculum, and for customizing, enriching, and supplementing that curriculum, as needed, via all program pathways for individual girl members throughout the council jurisdiction. She or he ensures that leadership program experiences are based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, customized to meet the needs and interests of girls and implemented to meet designated council program outcomes. Support: Program Specialist, Stem, receives support, guidance, and encouragement from the Direct Services Response Team and program workgroups. She or he has access to relevant learning opportunities and materials that prepare for and support this role. FLSA Status: Temporary, part-time, nonexempt
