 The Oxford Leadership Youth Program program will enable young women to:

Re-evaluate their strengths, weaknesses and priorities as a
person and leader

Identify barriers and challenges to the achievement of their goals

Learn how to manage difficult situations resulting from the
under-currents of fear, anxiety and stress

Find their compass - develop a clear focus for the next stage in their personal life
OLYP provides an integrative approach to personal leadership development, focused on the self, using reflective practices combined with experiential education. It will draw from western experience, as well as from global thinking and wisdom. This process will bring together the specialty of experiential learning brought by the Girl Scouts with the reflective, self-focused leadership model created by the Oxford Leadership Academy.

Oxford Leadership Academy and Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, Inc. created a partnership providing a high end program called Oxford Youth Leadership Development Program.
