Volunteer Inner Leadership

At Girl Scouts - Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, we are committed to supporting the development of adult leaders. We offer all types of training and support that help ensure their work as Girl leaders is both successful and enriching. One key are of development we are focused on is Volunteer Inner Leadership.

The research is clear. The ongoing relationship between girls and caring adult leaders is key to building courageous and confident girls of great character. What the research also shows that adult leaders who know themselves inside and out have an even deeper impact on the girl's lives.

As a compliment to your work with Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus-Pine Council and a source of personal enrichment for you, a series of workshops and topical discussions have been created to develop the strength, peace, self-confidence, resilience and courage of your inner leader.
