Girl Scouts who are Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors or Ambassadors, and Registered Leaders/Advisors may participate.
Join sister Girl Scouts from Arizona Cactus-Pine and Sahuaro Councils as they camp out at YMCA Chauncey Ranch for a wild weekend of fun, adventure and making new friends.

Saturday evening concert featuring special guest Chicks With Picks.
- Location: YMCA Chauncey Ranch – Mayer, AZ
- Date: April 13-15, 2012
- Time: check in Friday from 4-10pm – check out Sunday 1pm
- Capacity: min 200 / max 900
- Registration: August 1, 2011 – until program has reached capacity or February 15, 2012. Registrations cannot be accepted after 2/15/2012. Use Space Saver form attached to sign up. Formal Registration packet will be emailed upon receipt of Space Saver form and $50 troop fee.
- Program Aides: PAs will camp together in their own unit.
- Volunteers: additonal adults may be added to troop rosters if they are willing to volunteer for one 2-hour timeslot.

Payment Schedule
- $65 per person, due by January 15, 2012 (Fees include patch, activities listed above, site fee, water for drinking/campsite cleanup and sanitation.).
- $50 per group/troop is due upon registration and will be credited to the final balance due.
- $33 per Program Aide, due by January 15, 2012 (Covers food, site fee, patch).
- $75 per person after January 15, 2012.
- Final balance due by February 15, 2012.
Due to location restraints, men will be able to attend during the day, at no charge, but will not be allowed to stay overnight. (If applicable, optional bbq dinner fee must be included with final troop payment)
Optional Fees
- $10 – Centennial Jamboree 2012 T-shirt (shirts are available for pre-orders only).
- $6 – Saturday night BBQ dinner.
- Spending money (council shop and concession stands).
Program Details
- Use Safety-Checkpoints guidelines for girl/adult ratios (to allow for greater girl attendance)
- Troop Camp Certification and First Aid/CPR required
- Participants provide all gear (tents, sleeping bags etc.) andprepare all meals at campsite
