Campers have two transportation options:

• Parents may drive their campers
• Register for bus transportation from the Phoenix metropolitan area.

We recommend the busing option.

There are a number of benefits in having your child ride the bus to camp.

• The anxiety of going to camp is reduced as they are able to begin meeting other campers and start making new friends while on the drive up to camp.
• When they arrive at camp, they can jump right into camp with the others they have met on the bus.
• An additional benefit is the money, time, and energy you save by sending your child on the bus.
• Many of our camps can be challenging to locate and are not easily found on MapQuest or Google.
• It also reduces the wear and tear on the camp's natural environment.
• Resident Camp Buses are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms and are supervised by bus chaperones.
• Day camp buses are either school buses or mini-vans.

Your camper can ride the bus for free! How? All you have to do is volunteer as a bus chaperone!

Resident Camp Transportation
The bus fee for resident camp is $60 and is non-refundable. (One way is not available.)

• Central Phoenix – all three camps!)

  (check-in begins at 9:30 am, buses leave at 10:30 am)
  (RETURN FRIDAY at 6:15-6:30 pm
• North Phoenix – Prescott camps only!

  (check-in begins at 10:00 am, buses leave at 11:00 am)

• Fountain Hills – Shadow Rim Ranch only!

Willow Springs Day Camp Transportation

Busing for Willow Springs Day Camp is mandatory and is included in the fee. Girls must choose a bus stop for Willow Springs Day Camp when registering.

• Albertsons - 7450 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley
  Bus pick-up/check-in begins PROMPTLY at 7:00 AM. The bus will depart promptly at 7:15 AM!
• Albertsons - 174 E. Sheldon Street, Prescott
  Bus pick-up/check-in begins PROMPTLY at 7:30 AM. The bus will depart promptly at 7:45 AM!
