Self Managing Leadership
Enhance Focus, Execution and Better Handle Chaos
International leadership strategist Brian Bacon, President and Founder of the Oxford Leadership Academy, returns to facilitate the Self Managing Leadership Course (SML) on February 9-11, 2010 at the Heard Museum, located at 2301 North Central Avenue, Phoenix.
This will be the third year of the highly successful course, which is the cornerstone of the Momentum Leadership series. Entitled Self Managing Leadership (SML), the program provides executives with an understanding of the key principles and practices involved in developing the inner qualities necessary to lead through turbulent times. Coursework emphasizes the personal and inter-personal aspects of leadership and provides a framework for the development of personal action plans for life, work and career.
By developing a "self" strategic plan with clear action for implementation, attendees will learn how to function more effectively as a manager or as part of a team. In the discovery to build emotional and spiritual intelligence, attendees will learn practical tools and techniques to advance their individual focus and ability as a leader. By owning the tools and tapping into an individual's unique leadership potential, it creates the possibility to develop an organizational culture of collaboration, innovation and vision.
Space is limited. Registration is $750 for an early-bird single registration purchased prior to January 25. The early registration also includes nonprofits with three or more professionals from the same business, regardless of date purchased. After January 25, single registrations will be $900.
