Being a Girl Scout Volunteer
Discover, Connect, and Take Action—that’s what Girl Scouts do.

Girl Scouts is the girl-centered community where girls have a chance to explore ideas, build relationships, and practice making the world a better place. A Girl Scout starts with her own curiosity and follows a fun and fact-filled journey toward courage, confidence, and character. Girl Scouts become leaders by doing the things they love!

Adults support Girl Scouts by serving as donors, troop leaders, board members, and community volunteers. Many of us also have a personal connection to Girl Scouts. We know that Girl Scouts had a hand in developing our own potential or that of someone we love, and want to be sure every girl has that same chance.

Girls Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council operates four camps, produces four annual leadership events, and engages girls through dozens of programs and community partnerships. Last year, our corps of nearly 10,000 adult volunteers reached 24,568 girls ages 5-17.
