Important Parking information for Saturday, April 27th
The 2013 Annual Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel, located at 340 North Third Street, Phoenix, 85004. Parking is accessed off of 3rd Street between Fillmore and Van Buren. The hotel has valet and self-service parking…both are complimentary to the Girl Scout attendees.
Please identify yourself as part of the Girl Scouts’ Annual Meeting and bring your parking ticket with you to the meeting. The Council will have parking validations available throughout the morning at various locations – Delegate check in, information desk, and Luncheon check in. If you forget to pick up your parking validation a staff person will have some available at the downstairs hotel parking exit after the morning sessions and after the luncheon. It is at your discretion if you would like to give the parking attendant a small gratuity.
Please feel free to share this information with anyone else you may know that will be attending the Annual Meeting on Saturday, and as always, carpooling is recommended when possible.
