Online Registration with E Council

Welcome to E Council Our online registration system is the fastest way to register for council sponsored events and trainings. You can register for Program Events, Adult Trainings, Older Girl Trainings, and Summer Camp using the simple steps below:

Important Information about the Online Registration Process

• When you begin the online registration process, a calendar of workshops to select from will open (make sure you turn any pop-up blockers off). The calendar defaults to the current month. Use the drop-down menu or the arrow buttons at the top of the calendar to move between months. Click on the workshop to continue the registration process.
• Credit cards accepted for online registrations through E Council are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• If you enter your credit card number incorrectly (example: too many numbers, not enough numbers), you will be prompted to reenter.
• Your credit card will be charged at the time the online registration is submitted. Please provide accurate information so that the processing of your payment is not delayed.
• You may not add to your existing registration for Programs & Events and Older Girl Trainings online because you will overwrite and delete your previous registration. To add to your existing registration, please fax, e-mail, or mail an updated registration form.
• Troops may register online. Complete the first name and last name for the individuals registering for an event or training. Please refrain from entering 'Adult #1', 'Girl #1', "Adult TBA', etc. The registration will not be processed without genuine names, and will delay registration.
• Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive a message box that tells you, "Your registration has been successfully completed." This means that your registration has been submitted; it does not mean you are automatically registered in the event/training. After the system placement date, you will receive correspondence from the event/training registrar indicating your placement status
• Set ACPCInfo@girlscoutsaz.org to your approved e-mail list if you have elected to receive information/confirmations via e-mail.
• Make sure you check all your information carefully before submitting your registration, as any incorrect information will cause your registration to be delayed.
• You can register for more than one workshop consecutively. Once you have completed the first registration and have received the notification of a successful submission, simply click Step 1 Type at the top of the online registration window to register for another workshop.
