What is E Council?

E Council is a database, a warehouse of information stored on a remote computer that is accessed by using a website. Currently, online registration is available for council-sponsored Program and Events, Adult Educational Opportunities, Older Girl Trainings, and Summer Camp sessions. E Council is also currently the membership management system for Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, Inc.

Does E Council Work in All Browsers?

YES! E Council should work in all browsers. In addition, your browser must be configured tin accordance with the following guidelines:

• JavaScript must be enabled
  JavaScript is enabled in most browsers by default, including Internet Explorer, and Safari.
• You must accept "Cookies"
  Cookies are small files from websites that save information on your computer.
• Disable pop-up blockers, or allow this website to "pop" a window

Payment Information

A credit card is necessary to complete registration for programs, events and trainings with a fee. Your credit card will be charged at the time the online registration is submitted.

Can I Add/Change My Existing Registration?

You cannot add to your existing event registration online. If you register more than once for the same event, your previous registration will be deleted. To add to your existing registration, either fax, e-mail, or mail a registration form. Download the registration form from our Forms Library menu.
