Girl Scout Birthday Week

begins Sunday March 7, 2010 and ends Saturday March 13. The Week includes March 12, GIRL SCOUT BIRTHDAY which is the day our Founder Juliette Gordon Low officially registered the first 18 Girl Scouts in Savannah, Georgia.Celebrate 98 years of Girl Scouting!

Make Girl Scout Week special by earning the Seven Days of Sunshine Patch. A council patch program for Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts.

Domestic Violence Awareness
Help girls develop a sense of respect for themselves and others; explore ways family members and friends can support each other; and find out where to go for help if they feel scared or unsafe. Patches are available for purchase at the Council Shop.

Member Resource Center

Visit the Member Resource Center (M.R.C. or Marcy) located in the Council Shop. Resources, program boxes, flags and other equipment are available for volunteers to borrow. Experienced volunteers are available to answer your questions Tuesday through Friday!
