Annual Council Meeting

The Annual Council Meeting is a time when everyone involved in Girl Scouting is encouraged to attend, connect and celebrate the past year. The Council Meeting is held every April as determined by the Board of Directors. The purpose of the meeting is for the Voting Members of Council to vote on business brought before the body and also to vote on the slate of nominees for all offices and positions to be filled on the Board of Directors.
Held at: Glendale Civic Center, 5750 West Glenn Drive, Glendale, AZ
The day consists of:
- Registration @ 7:00 AM for Voting Members
- Welcome and Volunteer Session @ 8:20 AM
- Annual Council Business Meeting @ 11:00 AM
- Volunteer Recognition Lunch @ 1:00 PM
